Not everyone is a direct by-value
Demons in the devil may cry universe probabaly arent christian. I know she wasnt origionally an angel, but shes still a unholy entity.
Trish is not christian. If she were christian, she would not be a demon, and certainly not a demon hunter, or if she was a hunter as a christian, she wouldn't look the way she does.
Trish is an entity, a demon, created by Mundus to look like Dante's mother to confuse and coax him, and it worked. Even when Dante caught on, he spared Trish. But that was when Trish saw what the problem was with working with Mundus. The reason she became a hunter is because of Dante, not religion.
Trish has has the freedom to believe in whatever she chooses. I doubt she is Christian but she does, regardless of origin or reasons for hunting, can be if she chose.
I'd highly doubt her being a christian though, it's just not her type of religion. Hell, she practically taunts the Order's religion, which is almost parallel to christianity.
Lol, of course it was said with irony. Does it really matter? Switch on the logics, how come that demon can be christian? In real life many people mention " God" just as an expression and they do not mean they are christians. Actually I don't get why unbelievers mention God if they believe He doesn't exist at all. Strange..seems as if atheists are still concerned about this topic. If you want to discuss that issues better come up with your deas to essay dune blog, because this forum is not for religious discussions.
Interesting topic, what's more interesting is the fact that a lot of people here stated that Trish cant be christian or belive in any God because she's a demon... And what being demon have to do with beliving in god? Are you automaticly gonna lose demon powers if you start beliving? I dont think it works this way...
