Devil May Cry 2 walkthrough/Secret Rooms L

During Lucia's campaign, there are 30 potential Secret Rooms to find; split into 10 rooms per Difficulty Mode.

There are 10 locations to activate them, which are the same across the difficulties.

These locations can be activated in any mission order, across any difficulty, but will still progress in a linear numbered sequence with a set enemy encounter. Enemy health and movesets are tied to the currently selected difficulty.

Unlike Secret Missions found in the rest of the series, Secret Rooms are simply elimination battles, and only require the player to defeat all enemies to complete it.

Only the first ten rooms drop Blue Orb Fragments, with the rest dropping Red Orbs.

Secret Room Locations

• Mission 1
  • In the area with the Divinity Statue, jump down into the waterway and examine the sewer grating.
  • At the clock tower, head to the far left of the building and down a small dead-end. Examine the giant face relief on the wall.
• Mission 3
  • Inside the lighthouse at the dock area, examine the relief of the man riding a sea-horse.
  • In the small area before the fight with Jokatgulm, walk up the left stairs and examine the wall just above the boss door.
• Mission 5
  • After riding the elevator, in the area leading to the helipad (and level exit), examine the door on the right.
• Mission 6
  • After defeating Noctpteran and being teleported to a bridge in an underground cavern, don't move, and equip the Aerial Heart. From the bridge glide to the cave-like outcrop on the left, and examine the darkness.
• Mission 7
  • In the room where you acquire the Aqua Heart, jump to the left ledge, just above where you found it, and examine the door.
• Mission 8
  • After starting the level, swim directly up and look for the alcove with two red-stripe patterns outside it. Swim in there and examine the darkness.
• Mission 10
  • Immediately after starting the level, (in the area with the first Seal Sphere and Abyss goats) examine the wall on the left, looking for a door. Examine the door.
• Mission 12
  • After exiting the first elevator, in the hallway with a Divinity Statue at one end, head to the opposite end - a dead-end decorated with a lone vase. Examine the vase.
