Revenge is almost within Nero's grasp, and that's all the motivation he needs to persevere through a gauntlet of fiendish demons. He takes down the enemies in his path and finally manages to rendezvous with V, who appears to be at death's door. Even so, he is determined to press on. Together, they continue toward the base of the Qliphoth. Meanwhile, Dante is even farther ahead...

After defeating the first enemies, look through the hole for a Gold Orb. Use the crumbling platform to jump across. Continue descending after getting the Gold Orb. In the next area, defeat the Hellbats and the Behemoth. In the next pit, Dante can jump across. Once he reaches the next area, defeat the Behemoths to proceed. Don't descend quickly and you can see an alcove with a Red Orb Bush. Once you reach the ground, there is a Blue Orb Fragment across; use the Devil Trigger to fly to the other side. Defeat the Fury and other enemies. Jump below the platforms below you. There is a hole near the wall that shows a Red Orb Bush with a crumbling path in front of it. Drop there and take the small path behind it.

From there, jump across to reach a small platform with White Orbs and Green Orbs. Look down to the right to see another platform nearby underneath with Red Orbs and White Orbs. Just below there is another Red Orb Bush; get it and proceed. Defeat the Hellbats and continue descending; defeat the enemies that appear. Descend again and defeat more enemies. Descend again and use the Divinity Statue to customize Dante for the boss battle. Drop down the hole in the center to proceed to the boss.
