I could try running with it in DMC 2 HD edition, I think it was for about half-of the second fully displayed on Dante back without clipping. The problem is.... It's hard to make a screenshot on PS4 in the perfect time.
Tho I could try to make a photo of it in Diesel Clothes. That could prevent clipping.
Fixed. You can't put a link in the type field or it breaks. Not sure of a way to do so without it shitting the bed (or making a change that messes with every article using that infobox leaving us more work). Could just hide that section and add another for the link.
I imagine adding anything besides the game names would break it. The way the infobox pulls a category is through the type parameter. When you try to add the link brackets, it pulls those as well. That's what causes the break, no glitch. It's random bits of code mixing with other random bits of code.
I think it'd be a good idea to just drop the category-pulling altogether and just add them manually.
I think wiki has an app. Articles are a little bit more friendly for mobile editing but its super basic so i use desktop mode to edit if i have to use my phone. I had a bluetooth keyboard once and it made it easier.
I've been suffering through DMD yesterday, and saw this thing (sorry for lousy screenshot but it's serviceable at least). For context: that was a "normal" Nobody at the start of the fight, and while I didn't catch the exact animation where it put the mask on it definitely happened later; I also knocked off that mask a bit later. So it's not just a boss appearance, they can put on a mask even in a normal encounter.
I am actually suddenly not sure about that. Thing is, long ago I raised the question of revamping the category system, and we ended up putting most of the articles into subcategories inside the bigger Category:<name of the game>. If we reorganized pages so we would come back to it, such a system would make looking for information very neat... but it will probably still not count for the edit tracks.
(I am actually not sure about latter point. It needs some testing.)
This question needs to be resolved before we start renaming.
On top, it looks like I might be attempting how to figure out a bot soon enough anyway. Knowing me, there is no guarantee that "soon enough" is actually soon, but, if you really don't feel like renaming all those articles, I won't blame ya.
My original ages-old idea was that the articles would go to the subcategory but not in the general category, to keep the general category clean. E.g., Nevan would go to "Devil May Cry 3 bosses" category (and that category IS part of the general DMC3 category), but NOT to the general "Devil May Cry 3" category.
I tested it out, and looks like edits to articles in a subcategory don't count for the edit track, which is actually a crying shame what the hell? But it's nothing we could do anything about.
I suppose we will have to add those articles BOTH to relevant subcategory and the general category in order for this to work. So Nevan would be part of "Devil May Cry 3" and "Devil May Cry 3 bosses" both.
And yeah, you can proceed with your grand switch, I am not sure when I will get around to figuring out a bot.
Actually, after testing this out, looks like we might have to fix the other categories as well... but meh. The categorizing on this wiki needs a real uplift anyway, and if we start on something that big that's *definitely* a work for the bot.
