Tried to comment on the blog but lost it after saving because you deleted it, haha.
We really shouldn't as the majority of the community knows it as Devil May Cry 3. Even those that are aware of its full title still refer to it simply as, Devil May Cry 3. Why is this? Because it's simpler. We should follow suit and have it shortened and kept close in appearance to the other categories of its type. Having it as this large category is unsightly if anything.
Hey, Munch asked me to take a look. Other than rearranging the order of the images (which is totally fine by me), it looks like you want them to align to the bottom, so the top line is shorter like a hanging line. Unfortunately, that can't be done with CSS. (I looked into this last year for the very same reason.) The hanging line is always on the bottom. Bummer.
If you really want just one tab on the top, you can put a bunch of periods at the end and it'll make the tab so long that it'll push the next tab to the next line, like this:
As soon as we switched to the portables i saw the issue and looked around for workarounds and all i found was thits just not doable, and because of that ive been dreading the day we got an image for DMC5 Sparda. The only way for it not to look like shit is to order it the way it is now
But since you seem to know the most about the code here, I'll go straight to the point.
There's Devil May Cry 3/4/5 Weapons category, with only 1 weapon in it. I dunno how it was added, but we're usually storing everything in Devil May Cry weapons category, ya know, the one starting with a small "w".
I've added Kalina Ann to DMC 5 category that starts with small "w", but it somehow added to this weird category with big W. Do you know what caused it?
I hope you'll understand what I am talking about ;v;
I can see that you're fixing a lot of codes. Could you provide any tips how to fix infobox in Sparda (Devil Arm), so I could get rid of the }} <----- near Devil May Cry and implement Devil May Cry 5 under Devil May Cry 4?
Devil May Cry 5 is listing properly now. Game5 wasn't added in the infobox code. I'm not very good with it overall, was just fixing the format. Do the brackets show on any other articles?
Edit: Or do you know of any other articles that make use of that particular infobox? It may be an issue with the box itself. Not the article. We could just convert it to the one I see used for several other weapons.
sure. i mean we are suppose to convert to portable infoboxes anyways arent we? or is that a code that makes them all portable. idk. as it stands there a bunch of parameters that dont display in Sparda's infobox. Hit up Jay and see what he has to say.
also why so many spaces inbetween stuff?
Oh, the spaces just put the = on the same line; easier to find. I can convert it. Do we want to do this for any article that uses that infobox? This wikia seems to be pretty inconsistent with what articles use what infoboxes.
Should see if one of the other admins know what the issue is. After it's fixed, every weapon article should have the weapon infobox.
Probably a CSS thing or something, not sure. When I said "convert", I just meant that I'd switch the box with another. It was already converted by JayAaerow in July. The previous color was blue, perhaps they retain their original theme after being converted? You'd have to ask him.
