PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (originally named as Title Fight)is an action/fighting game featuring many different characters from various Playstation made games--including Dante.

Development

Sony originally asked Naughty Dog to develop PSAS but since they were in the middle of their upcoming game, The Last of Us, they then approached SuperBot Entertainment who has been working on it since 2009. They stuck with the name Title Fight until in April of 2012 when Sony surveyed their fans on whether they preferred Playstation All-Star Battle Royale<

After a few dropped hints , the game was officially announced in 2012's E3.

The original release date was meant to be October 23rd, 2012 for North America and the 24th,2012 for Europe, though it has now been delayed to November 20th, 2012 for North America, November 21st,2012 in Europe, November 22nd, 2012 for Australia and New Zealand, and finally November 23rd, 2012 for the United Kingdom and Ireland

Gameplay

Single Player

• Story Mode: The current details don't reveal much, but Omar Kendall (the Lead Game Designer) had mentioned that there would be a "final boss" and each character would have an rival character.

Multiplayer:

Up to four players can simultaneously fight against eachother in stages inspired by blending 2 different series together. Each player is vying for gems (called AP) which can be found during stage occurences or by damaging your opponent. These increase a superbar below the characters icon up to a maximum of 3 which allows to player to use their super attack that varies in strength and range depending on the amount the bar is filled. These super attacks are the only moves that can "kill" an opponent.

• Timed Mode: With the time ticking away, players hope for the most points that can be gained through killing. The lowest score you can get is -2 and each kill is worth 2 points.

• Stock Mode: Players choose a number of lives they have during a match and the last one living wins.
