The Swordmaster Style is one of Dante's styles in Devil May Cry 3 and Devil May Cry 4. It emphasizes mastery of different Devil Arms and maximization of their elemental power.[1] Upgrades also increase the maximum number of combos provided with the weapon.
Gameplay
The Swordmaster Style is the easiest with which to raise the Stylish Rank. As a result, it is popular with beginners and experienced players alike. Certain weapons, such as Nevan in Devil May Cry 3 and Lucifer in Devil May Cry 4, become truly spectacular only with the use of Swordmaster Style.
In Devil May Cry 4's Automatic Mode, most of the Swordmaster combos are automatically bound with the melee button, which makes the attack controls difficult.
