If someone could give a little clearer photo for Argosax Chaos that would be great!!

That really is the clearest picture available. If you have software that can take screenshots, that might be usable, but the monster pretty much is a blob anyway. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 17:44, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

could someone put a strategy guide? i'm sure there's a better way to fight this thing than sit back and shoot.

Name Origin Edit

It's possible Argosax's name is entirely made up, but I'm not certain it is. One possibility presented by Kryten is that it's based off of Abraxas. I think it might have a connection to the Greek word(s) "Archos" or "Archon", meaning master or ruler. Any other ideas? -- Anobi (talk) 04:43, March 16, 2013 (UTC)

Title removal Edit

Just a question, why are we removing the titles from boss demons? The series has pretty regularly given the big ones titles.(ಠ_ೃ) Bully! 17:01, November 14, 2018 (UTC)

Its not clear for a lot of bosses whether or not they are titles or aliases, except in the case of Argosax who clearly has a title. For page names we just stuck with their names and included the titles in the opening description and infobox. but I'm open to including the titles for Sparda and Argosax in the page name. DMC5 and DMC4 should make it clear that every enemy/weapon/character is supposed to have a poetic title, including the ones back from DMC1-DMC3.(ಠ_ೃ) Bully! 16:40, March 24, 2019 (UTC)

Remove argosax as a Demon  GodEdit

I dont think him being refered to as a god means he is literally god. I just think it means he was worshipped as one
