"Out of My Way" (named as "Battle-1 (Battle Music 1") in the Original Soundtrack) is a battle theme from Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening, which is played during fights with lesser demons from Missions 2 to 13. In Mission 1, the battle theme that plays is "Dante's Office 7 Hells Battle" and in all remaining missions is "Wild-Eyed Evil". After obtaining Nevan, Dante plays the first three verses of this song on it. The track was composed by Tetsuya Shibata, as well as written/performed by Shawn "Shootie HG" McPherson of Hostile Groove.
