Heyo! Just a heads up.
Courtesy of a kind redditor, I now have a load of concept art on my hands. I will slowly be adding them to Category:Devil_May_Cry_5_concept_art. While I will probably replace some of the older links in the respective galleries, please check it out as well and add those to the relevant pages: those are the highest quality images we can get right now, as far as I know.Read more >
Yes people, it's Christmas time! And miracles happen! Miracles like a bureaucrat that didn't visit this wiki for possibly years (j/k... although not much) suddenly coming back to life in the only fashion that would be befitting of this place. And who cares that DMC is not about zombies. Presently.

Actual reason for creating this blog: due to me being unfamiliar with the current composition of the community and unable to spend enough time to properly acquaint myself with it, I want for everyone who is willing to carry the burden of being the wiki's
almighty janitoradmin to post here. I will consider the candidate and, possibly, give out some presents. Simple as that.

For the record, I use 3D Ripper DX to rip the textures from the game and create a dump of DDS (Direct Draw Surface) files. Then I use GIMP with a dds plugin to view and save them as PNG. The dumps are pretty big, but it is worth it.
Also, as a support tool I use Windows Texture Viewer. It is incredibly convenient for viewing, since it is fast and seems to be highly compatible (for some reason I have some troubles with GIMP plugin), but, well, it can onl…Read more >
